Capstone Industries, Inc. (“Capstone”) is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of consumer inspired products that bridge technological innovations with today’s lifestyle. The Company has a history of exploiting technologies in areas of induction charging, power failure control, security and home LED lighting products.
Over the past ten years, Capstone has had a significant impact on the LED Lighting industry. The Company recently turned its attention to a new emerging category that would allow its team to once again demonstrate its strengths in design, engineering and low-cost production.
Capstone’s recognized products have been sold through varying channels including noted big box retailers as Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, Office Depot, Sam’s Club, Target and Walmart.
Innovative Technologies
Capstone formally introduced the latest addition to its product portfolio at the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Capstone Connected, a sub‐brand of Capstone Industries, Inc. Due to the global pandemic, product development and availability was delayed. The product is scheduled for market release July 2021. This product line‐up will bridge the gap between technology and everyday life with the introduction of its connected surface products – a variety of smart home devices aimed to leverage today’s digital lifestyles.
Capstone Connected plans to develop and bring to market a variety of sizes and shapes of its Smart Mirror program throughout 2021. These product line extensions will offer varying feature sets, configurations, and pricing options.
